Poetry & Pizza at Solar Sisters!

Relaxed and appreciative open mic poetry nights. Everyone welcome to share their poems or just come along and listen. Sign up for a slot - up to 5 minutes each (can be less!)

Founded on tolerance and respect for everyone’s work – use trigger warnings if necessary.

Published poets welcome to bring along their pamphlets/ books to sell

Mid-month on the Thursday evening closest to 15th e.g.  Thursday March 16th

At Solar Sisters Café, 86 North Street, Guildford, GU1 4AU.

Timing

6.30pm  Arrival – pizzas will be available to purchase (wine/ beer too)

7.00pm  Prompt start – Part 1 a poem from the host then 8 others

7.45pm 10-minute break

7.55pm Part 2 – 7 more poets

8.30pm  Finish
