Sharing Circle

We will create a safe space for setting intentions, sharing, listening, being mindful and participating in a guided meditation. 

Ceremony and ritual for connecting with the phase of the moon, our intentions and with others. 

All are welcome, no prior experience of sharing circles required as you will be gently guided through the proceedings. 

For those attending:

Dress for the evening in whatever makes you feel new, fresh and glowing from the inside out.

Bring - an item that represents a part of your life that you want to bring new energy too.

You can purchase drinks or enjoy tap water on arrival.

Choose a seat, get comfy, change on premise from 6:15pm.

Please bring a pen and paper for journaling.
