GREEN TALK #4 Home Energy Survey Project & Upcycled Draft Excluders
Part 1 - TALK by Shirley and David Faraday 6.30PM
The Home Energy Survey Project provides funds to introduce residents to energy efficiency and make measurable steps forward in decarbonisation.
This project is co-ordinated by Surrey County Council and Zero Carbon Guildford, funded by the Local Energy Advice Demonstrator (LEAD) project, via the Greater South East Energy Hub. The What Next charity in Godalming is also taking part.
FREE in-person Home Energy Surveys are being offered in Guildford and Waverley to provide tailor-made suggestions on how you could improve your energy efficiency, and save on bills.
Part 2 - WORKSHOP make upcycled draft excluders 7.15PM
Bring your torn, worn, ripped and irreparable cloths, rags and fabrics. We'll have some sewing gurus on hand to help you transform them into practical draft excluders. Let's transform something we can't use anymore into a nifty energy-saving device!
Come and join a relaxed and friendly session in our cosy space.
Together we will create a forum to spark discussions, generate new ideas and create positive change.
