About the event
Meditation is a staple to mindful living. The very backbone of the industry.
This class was created with the intention of creating more consciousness around how we communicate with ourselves by diving deep into our mind and actively working to evolve how we have conversation. By bringing more awareness to our reality, we allow ourselves to be upfront and acknowledge areas where we hold ourselves back. This facilitates the space to find creative solutions to work beyond and live our lives with more presence.
What to bring:
- cushion/pillow/yoga mat
- water
- wear comfortable clothing
Chair will be provided if you find it easier to meditate like that. I suggest yoga mats simply if you find it easier to meditate lying down.

Hello there!
My name is Jamila and I am a mindfulness coach with a focus on 'conscious expression'. I teach several types of mindfulness practices which allow me to take you through different (creative) ways to create more space for balance within your life as well as improved mental and emotional wellbeing. This is done through some in-person classes (only for those located in Guildford, Surrey, UK) as well as online group and solo sessions.
