About the event
During class we will focus on using visualization techniques to help us bring more awareness to our inner and outer dialogue to help us evolve our creativity and problem-solving abilities.
Using artistic mediums to express yourself is a very primal, creative way of exploring and strengthening our relationship to our emotional and mental wellbeing. What we may struggle expressing linguistically could be acheived artistically. Visualization is also a wonderful tool to help us manifest the life we want by working with our imagination (and strengthening it simultaneously) and creating a vision of what we want our life to look like - by having a tangible visual we more easily bring that vision into reality.
Art supplies will be provided by the organizer however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please be sure to wear clothes you do not mind potentially getting messy or bring a coverall to protect your clothing.
