Chanting and drumming has the power to interrupt negativity and invite positive change for our wellbeing.
When people gather together and raise their voices in chant, they share a language so much stronger than just words,
the harmonies created as our voices blend and energies form, open our hearts, lift our spirits and puts us in a more peaceful state of being.
In this event we will be covering 5 or 6 chants for you to learn. Anyone can do this regardless of singing voice, all welcome.
