Celestial Sounds - Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Welcome to Celestial Sounds - a Crystal Bowl sound bath, a celebration of healing sound!   Presented by Sun and Moon Magick Events, in association with Solar Sisters Cafe.

This is designed to relax the mind and cleanse, nourish, and energise the body on all levels.

Your hosts will be Shirley Cole and Adam Buttery, both therapists with lifelong experience in vibrational healing.

For the sound bath newcomers, you lay on the floor while the therapists play a variety of instruments. These instruments are chosen for their variety of tones and pitches. The crystal bowls form the main sound base and the other instruments are used to create a sonic framework around them.

The crystal bowls are tuned to specific frequencies which match the main energy centres (chakras) of the body. When they are played, they resonate with, clear, and re-calibrate the chakras.

When the chakras are reset like this, it brings the energy system of the body back into balance, helping restore physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

The price of £25 includes a cup of tea, coffee or a soft drink afterwards to help get you grounded.  PLEASE NOTE ** You need to bring something soft to lay on - a throw, blanket, sleeping bag.

** We also advise bringing loose warm clothing that you can layer up if you get cold.

** The Sound Bath is safe for most people - if you have any concerns, please ask organisers before booking.
